University of Phoenix (UOP) is a fraud on taxpayers. The school betrays any noble educational intent John Spelling ever nursed. After its recruiter bust, UoP honed other fraudulent antics to fill its revenue void; its dissertation crossword everything but scholarly. UoP barters aid dollars to graduate tons of “educated illiterates.” Quality students and faculties are a rarity. Many UoP faculties, including "research chairs," have no juried publication to their credit. They think and write below mediocre AA holders, but fill high academic positions. UoP flies education flag as a ruse for selling financial aid. Pull financial aid, the charade crumbles. Independent audit would reveal UoP’s many sharp practices of criminal enrichment. FBI and DOJ must investigate UoP’s crime spree.
