Cease the "policy of distressing " borrowers who fall behind because of their financial misfortune.

Secure copies of modification packet(s) rather than insisting on the resubmission of another “Identical” packet over and over again.

Stop misleading borrower’s by notifying them they have qualified for a modification only to be denied without a reason as to why.

Bank employees should be held answerable for their actions by stop deceiving mortgagors throughout the "Hardship Modification Process."

Stop misleading borrower's that their modification packet is being reviwed when in actuality, it's never been assigned.

The hiring of "competent" underwriters who back up their decisions with facts and not "assumptions."
