I live in Northeast Philadelphia and have been searching for a doctor for my special needs daughter. I was referred by my family physician to check out Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He said they could offer programs to get our girl a head start and that the nurses were kind and loving and would teach our child in a gentle manner. I have done some research and WOW we almost made a huge mistake! We kept uncovering article after article about the so called "Devil Nurse of Warrington" Holly Shapiro Raffa R.N. from Warrington, PA (studied at Holy Family University). I literally cried when read horror story after horror story of this disgusting human beings abuses of the innocent.
