Home Owners Associations(HOA) should not be able to foreclosed on homeowners for assessment and fees. The HOAs has not given more rights then any other creditor. HOAs have gone on for several years with out anyone looking at their regulation and power, In a bad economy they have been given the power to evict home owners who are current on their mortgage but can not afford their HOA fees and assessment currently. No organization should be given that much power. The home owner pay for their home not the associations.
