Home ownership. HARP DC Oversight Director needed. Many banks just giving the illusion of cooperation.

Created by B.C. on August 30, 2014

Washington DC Oversight Director needed to oversee the cooperation of banks for homeowners who apply for H.A.R.P.
Many of the large banks are just giving the illusion of cooperating with homeowners who apply for this Home Affordable Act. We spend days, weeks, months being inundated with requests for REDUNDANT information over and over again. We spend hundreds of dollars faxing this redundant information and receive different replies and requests from the banks' various departments. One department doesn't seem to know what another is doing. I have 5 pounds of papers, all requesting and receiving the same information. And still we have nothing! We need oversight from a non-prejudicial party. Banks stall with all this frustrating redundancy and misinformation until homeowners just give up!
