The homeless population has limited access to healthcare due to no California ID cards due to no physical address for mailing, no funds to pay for the id card, no funds or access to obtain certified copy of birth certificate from originating county, and this is assuming that the individual has the mental capacity and time to consider and explore these steps without losing sight of the survival they are to ensue and/or the time of day that it is so they can be into the shelter by curfew. These disparities can be resolved with bringing access to the homeless community in their respective locations.
