The Tax Wall Street Party is demanding justice regarding the flagrant irregularities in the 2016 Iowa Democratic caucus. We believe that remedial action against these irregularities is required for American democracy. We urge President Obama to fight this flawed result by making a public announcement to state that you believe a recount and audit are necessary. The Department of Justice should go to court in appropriate state and/or federal forums to secure the immediate impoundment of all records generated by Democratic Party officials, the Clinton campaign, and other relevant persons, regarding the conduct of the Iowa Democratic caucuses. Our Constitution obligates the President to “take Care that the laws be faithfully executed.” We urge the President to assume this responsibility.
