HONESTLY and seriously consider ALL possible school violence solutions--INCLUDING putting guns in good and decent hands.

We believe that repeal of the Gun Free School Zone Act, and/or allowing school staff to be armed, are equally as deserving of serious consideration as solutions to school violence. We call on you to publicly state your support for at least SERIOUS CONSIDERATION of these alternatives along with further restrictions on guns, and to then follow through and yourself consider them seriously. Moving hastily to one favorite answer—especially one which has already failed repeatedly in the past—without considering all potential solutions, is rash and dangerous, and a disservice to your constituency and your Nation.
