Honor all treaties made by the U.S. Government to Native Americans.

Many reservations are stricken by poverty as bad or worse than what Government has referred to in the past as "Third World Nations". The Government of the United States of America is intended to be of the people, by the people, and for the people, and that same government only works of the rich, by the rich and for the rich. Native cultures and traditions are in danger of being lost forever and it is government's responsibility to keep that from happening.
