May 27, 1911 was the day that a future star was born in the city of St. Louis, MO. One month from now "We the people" would like to honor the great American actor, writer, chef, art collector and more. A man who would later become one of the greatest horror movie stars in the history of the genre, a man known for his distinct voice, facial expressions and characteristics.
That man is Vincent Leonard Price Jr. and we would like to honor the life and times of Mr. Vincent Price by having the Post Master General and his staff create a set of commemorative stamps issued by the United States Postal Service in the month of October.
We the undersigned request his legacy live on for all eternity in the form of a set of commemorative stamps to be released on Halloween this year.
