How can Congress prevent DC from legalizing marijuana? A legal, fair vote took place and the people made their wants known. Our votes should matter, and the results of them legally binding without the interruption of pharmaceutical sponsored members of congress. Furthermore, marijuana should be widely available for ALL Americans. We manufacture pills, alcohol and cigarettes which combined result in the death of millions of Americans, yet prevent access to a natural plant that has unlimited potential with no recorded deaths, ever.
