We the people hereby request that the President of the United States honor his duty to the American people, the Constitution and the Democratic process by recognizing Colorado and Washington’s new legislation concerning Marijuana. This matter should be addressed to Congress in the form of a bill to remove Cannabis and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) from the drug scheduling scheme and allow it’s control to be regulated by the states.
