HONOR JUSTICE CLARENCE THOMAS AT THE SMITHSONIAN'S NEW AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSEUM

Justice Clarence Thomas, only the second African American to be appointed to the United States Supreme Court, and the longest serving African American Justice, has not been recognized at the New Smithsonian African American History Museum. Given his place in American and African American History, he should be recognized at that museum. His commission gives the appearance of politically motivated bias in a museum which is publicly funded and which should maintain political impartiality.
