The 2nd amendment grants no rights. What it does is limit both federal and state government in writing laws that affect the right to bear arms (All arms, not just guns). While Concealed Carry can be regulated as a privilege, open carry can never be regulated on any level. We demand that you honor the limits placed on the federal government, and your oath of office to respect those limits, and repeal every illegal gun laws in the USA.
