Lt. Garlin Murl Conner deserves the Medal of Honor. This is why the Medal of Honor was made was for men like him who went above the call of duty. He could have gone home but instead stayed to fight for the United States and save lives along the way. A technical glitch almost 60 years later should not keep him from getting this highest military honor. He should have received this award over 50 years ago without waiting. His actions and awards speak for themselves!
Do the right thing for his family while they are still alive and able to enjoy the momemt the medal is awarded!
The Commander in Chief I am sure has some power to override any court rulings.
