The United States has always honored great Americans -- not just presidents -- by putting their portraits on our money.
It's long overdue for the United States to acknowledge Martin Luther King's work to advance the cause of civil rights through peaceful, nonviolent means by putting him on a coin or bill.
Let's put Dr. King on everyday, circulating U.S. currency.
