Currently, our fallen military heroes die defending our country but have no lasting legacy. Let's urge our government to name & rename buildings, post offices, airports, highways & all other government structures after our fallen or missing soldiers from any war in our country's history regardless of the soldier's rank.
All of these structures should have plaques describing the soldier's life so their memory and their contributions to our country will live on. Let's end the practice of honoring politicians when our soldiers should be the most remembered in our country. Soldiers gave their lives so we could be free. It's time we honored their valiant sacrifices above all else.
