Honor our Marines and Navy corpsman who raised the flag on Iwo Jima

I as an American would like to honor the brave men who fought to preserve out liberty. The men photographed in Joe Rosenthal's "Raising the Flag on Iwo Jima" to be posthumously promoted in their Marine and Navy ranks. Mike Strank, Franklin Sousley, Rene Gagon, Harlon Block, Ira Hayes, and John Bradley all created a picture that gave hope to many Americans in the time of war. Three of the six men pictured were killed, and should be honored for providing a symbol of freedom for almost seventy years.
