Families and churches should be free to express, uphold and teach without government interference, their faith-based convictions and understanding regarding the nature of sexual orientation. This would include the right of families and churches to teach, guide and counsel minors under their care, their respective family's and/or church's preference(s) and religious understanding(s) regarding sexual orientation and propriety in sexual behavior.
Therefore we urge and petition the Obama Administration to fully uphold the First Amendment of the Constitution which states that
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech . . . "
