We the people demand that any and all proposed gun control legislation or changes that infringe upon the rights of law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms be proposed as a Constitutional Amendment or appeal of the 2nd Amendment.
We the people serve notice that any and all proposed gun control legislation that infringes upon the rights of law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms that is not proposed as a Constitutional Amendment or repeal of the 2nd Amendment will be considered an attack on our Bill of Rights and our Constitution; the attack will be considered a direct and blatant violation of the Constitutional Oath by any and all elected or appointed representatives who propose such changes or vote for such changes.
