Honor this soldier with the Medal of Honor

Created by K.H. on March 12, 2014

Lt. Garlin Murl Conner (May he rest in peace) is one of the remaining soldiers of war from days gone by that did not receive the full recognition they deserved. Now it has been denied only because of a timeframe for submission technicality. It is an injustice that soldiers who served their country in WWII have these timeframe limits imposed upon them and their families that their families may not be aware of. With the numbers of living veterans from WWII diminishing so quickly, it is hard for them to gather the amount of information needed.

The information documenting Lt. Conner's actions is available and should be acted upon as swiftly as possible. The medal should not be withheld by a timeframe that, particularly in his case, is less than the amount of years that he gave to his country.
