I come to you today to ask on behalf of the people and citizens of Rushville, IL and as a proud America to honor and bestow the highest civilian public service award upon Dr. Russell Dohner,
Since 1955, Dr. Russell Dohner has served his community with dedication and unmatched humanity to the perseverance of human life,health and welfare.
While as a nation we have many doctors who display this integrity, Dr. Russell Dohner is special and unique in his practice.
You see Mr President, Dr. Russell Dohner excepts no medicare, no insurance plans and only charges his patients $5.00 up from the $2.00 he charged in 1955.
Dr. Russell Dohner is deserving of being recognized for his work.
