I feel if your mentally unfit to serve in the military and get discharge, they should allowed to be thrown right back in to the society of civilians. they should be hospitalized for 1-2 years after discharged. They are trained to KILL PEOPLE, so those mentally ill could harm innocent people. Lets help protect both parties, by sending them to a hospital until they are mentally stable, and protect innocent lives.
