Goal: Build interconnected, individual and institutional dialog on issues of overarching concern within Pacific and Arctic Communities.
Method: construct a security dialog mechanism through distributed workgroups, networked elements, modeled on highly responsive and reflective review.
Structural foundation: Host a security dialog opener in Alaska, a location serving as a bridge between communities, and the last state President Obama has yet to visit, on a public basis. Invite participation that is flexibly integrated and highly distributed to advance solutions across space and time to transnational and dispersed threat conditions.
Result: more mobile, distributed, integrated and responsive solutions to global, discontinuous transnational threats and environmental concerns
