Lenders R still in CONTROL...? Why? Although President Obama has initiated regulatory for Lenders of Home Mortgages, it appears they R still in control & doesn't care for Legislators nor President's infinitives of their guidelines. I was forcefully 'FORECLOSED", with many 'FRAUD' attached 'Sub-prime Loan' & Lenders R doing what ever & when ever they want to attack home owners.'LENDER FORCED ATTACKS' R Common & they ignore the LAW!. How do they get away with these unethical forceful ways of conducting business?SHUT THEM OFF,ONE,TWO,THREE, INCIDENTS R sufficient enough to mark their marks for good.This is happening all over the country, not just in CA or me.My lender changed the Company name more than six times since,original loan.American Home Mortgage servicing Inc.PLZ C2 This Issue!Tnx:)
