Re: Sequester of Legislative Funds
You are hereby ordered to sequester all funds that are payable as legislative costs of the United States, of any type and sort whatsoever, until the entirety of the Public Debt of the United States and any deficit amount spent toward the Full Faith and Credit of the United States have been appropriated by the United States House of Representatives and agreed to be appropriated by the United States Senate, with the signature of the President of the United States affixed to any legislation passed to that end such that it becomes Law in a manner accordant with the Constitution of the United States.
