President Obama, Vice President Biden, and various members of the White House staff have joined the 'It Gets Better' Project and have made videos telling LGBT Americans that it does, in fact, get better. If they are supporting gay rights and supporting them as people and members of the community then what is it that is stopping them from legalizing gay marriage? You want LGBT kids to feel normal, safe, and welcome? To feel loved? Love. Show them what love is. When you love someone, you want to marry that person and spend the rest of your life with them. Too bad at this point, gay men and women can't do this. Imagine how you would feel if you couldn't marry the love of your life. Really think about it. Put yourself in their shoes and then tell me how you feel about gay marriage.
