Here's what I mean, first punishment is what the courts decide. Whether it be probation or prison time. Second, because it is a sex crime a conditional release is added on to the sentence. If someone gets 5 years probation, they also get a 5 year, 10 year or lifetime conditional release. Meaning they screw up for 15 or so years they are looking at prison time. Lastly what is automatically put on a sex offender is a 10 year or lifetime registration. How is that even legal. If I remember correctly, when someone does their time for their crime that everything is done with. Now people get to have more punishment after the fact. Like I am asking, isn't that actually violating a few laws?
