How to differentiate which toilet to use: If a man or boy walks into a restroom and stands in front of a urinal, then he slowly unzips his pants and digs in to pull a pecker out (size doesn't matter in this case), aim it at the target in the urinal, whip it a couple of times to remove the dew then stuffs everything back in his underwear..........HE MUST GO TO THE MENS ROOM!!!! YOU'RE A MAN.....YOU HAVE A DICK......GET SOME MENTAL COUNSELING INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is about the stupidest of directive ever to come out of Washington, D.C. Will be very glad when Obama and team are gone.
