This petition is very important because this effects the lives of children. In today's world it is hard for one parent to be able to care and provide for a child on their own. The non-custodial parent should be made to help especially if there is a court order stating they should. May are able to slide past and never help. There should be a stronger force in making these people do their part to raise their children.
