When a Police Officer uses lethal force on an unarmed citizen- local - state and federal law enforcement - in that precinct should be given a mandatory order to equip all members with digital body cameras- to be monitored- turned on during a shift and turned off only once the shift is ended- failure to do so warrants consequences and reprecussions
