As we approach global CO2 emissions of 400ppm, the United States must step forward and lead the way in reducing greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions. One way to accomplish this is to conserve energy.
We Americans can do amazing things when we set our minds to it. Let's show the world that we can do what it takes to slow, and possibly reverse, rapid climate change by challenging ourselves to be good stewards of the planet. Earth is in trouble and this petition is asking the White House to launch this national challenge to see "How Low Can We Go?"
