I am an university student from China. Now, I am working on my dissertation which is about management experience of the budget of government procurement. Since your government procurement has a good reputation during lots of countries, I wanna learn your successful experience.
If you approve a budget plan of purchasing office supplies and GSA save some money when they actually buy these goods, how would you do with the money?
