How many lives must go through the hands of the police department from the U.S.A. for it to be address-Police brutality.

This is one of the most recent case that moved me to create this petition. On July 17, 2014 Eric Garner was brutally arrested by 2 New York police officers in Staten Island. One of the police officer placed Eric Garner in a Chokehold that cause Eric Garner a Heart Attack. One of the Police officer was stripped from his gun and badge and place on Desk duty. This cop clearly-not voluntarily. Killed a United States citizen by violating a NYPD policy where chokeholds are prohibited. This one of the many cases they're out in United States most with little to no action. Searching police brutality online raises a lot of cases and not a lot been address by the "higher power". Protect the people of The United States and strictly address police brutality.
