We pose to move a petition for a law to be passed that bars, restaurants, and any public place that are serving alcohol must hire someone to breathalyze people that want to leave the establishment. If the civilian has a BAC level of .06 or above the establishment is responsible to find the civilian a designated driver, call them a cab, or hold the person in the establishment while they sober up. This will decrease the chances of drunk drivers being on the road and will surely save many lives.
