Cut the House of Representatives down to 200 members. This will save Americans $40 Million in salaries alone. When you factor in their healthcare, pensions, travel, living arrangements, assistants, etc, we can save the American public millions more.
No more pay raises for poor performance. Two things must be present in a calendar year for the President, Senators, and Representatives to earn a raise.
