How Texas Judges are used by Koch Brothers to take property from Minorities

Pipeline companies in which Koch Brothers have interest are using Texas Judges to take private properties from minority community for private use. One such is Judge Stephen Phillips a judge of County Court At Law. of Polk County Texas. in CIV27933. Oneok Sterling Pipeline LLC is an interstate pipeline which should be under the jurisdiction of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission pursuant to Natural Gas Act. They have no certificate of eminent domain from FERC.
It seem they want to get rid of minorities by taking their land without due process just as their right to vote is denied. Petition/Motion are filed by the companies, ruling and judgment entered against minority landowners. in their absent without due process. Any motion filed by the land owners are ignored by the Judge.
