My Labor Economics professor said that the cap on Social Security contributions from employees is capped at $106K. If that cap was raised to $200K for all income earners that would make Social Security solvent for the next hundred (100) years according to my Labor Economics Professor.
This petition is being created to force the Congress and the Senate to increase the cap on Social Security contributions by employees from $106K to $200K thereby making Social Security solvent for the next hundred (100) years.
