I have been trying to get medical help for over 1 1/2 years to get my shoulder repaired so I can get gainful employment. I am no closer to medical care than I was before my injury. I have been misdiagnosed and wait 3-4 months between Dr. appointments. If medi-cal for the state of California won't work, how is Obamacare ever going to work? So, I ask our president WTF?
