HSBC Holdings and the people running it be brought up on criminal charges for Benchmarking interest rates and Money-laundering. It a dangerous and unconstitutional to place anyone above the law. They have admitted to Money-laundering for South American drug cartels and benchmarking interest rates but have not been brought up on charges because they are "to big to fail".
