THAT Hud Homes, Foreclosures, empty GOV. Houses. "GIVE" Them 2 Disabled People who would never afford a decent home GIVE

"Disabled Americans" (or) "Homeless Americans"
Most of ALL Homeless Americans, have some sort of Disability, or they wouldn't be in a Homeless Situation.
However, there are at least 1 million Disabled Americans, living on such small incomes, we can NOT qualify 4 a HUD or USDA Home, EVER. I know because I've tried for many years. I feel that We Deserve 2 have "A HOME" like everyone else. There are so many empty homes in ALL areas of the USA, that are Government Owned, [ie;...HUD or USDA, Sally Mae or Freddie Mac}. These homes sit empty until they need to be removed, due to "LACK OF LIFE".
Put the Disabled Americans [who will never be able to afford a REAL HOME on the small pittance that we are very grateful to receive] into those homes as a gift. We can pay the taxes afterwards>no more room
