Hud section 8 and VA Hud reform requirement's to include a no Alcohol or Drug policy.

I James Leiberg ask that the the Hud section 8 housing and VA Hud change there policy to include no use of Drug or excessive use of alcohol. I am a veteran of the United States and there is a great program out there called Never leave a Vet homeless it is throw VA Hud the program help vets get a place to live at vary small rent. However there is a problem with the program it allows some vets that have an alcohol and Drug problem to slip throw the cracks. One Vet from Ohio even goes as far too enter a social media sight and brag about how he can sit there and get drunk and naked on cam and brags that the VA HUD pays for it. We need a System change I hear by ask Congressman Ribble Obama administration to come with a change for Hud section 8 housing and VA Hud
