Good day. I am a wife of a retired Navy who is quite confused about the priority system you have in regard to accommodating travelers that utilizes your free flights from the U.S. Military Bases. I keep asking the question why there should be Categories in your free-flight and those that belong to the Category 1 must be prioritized than those in the lower Category roster. My husband uses your flights whenever he travels back to America and the Philippines. To my dismay, he spends days waiting to catch a carrier going to his destination and according to him, he must wait for his turn to be chosen to take a flight and expects to be picked up through the "Category System" that you have.
