Governor of North Dakota Jack Dalrymple, Energy Transfer LLC, and the US Army Corps of Engineers are in violation of the human rights against the Standing Rock Sioux people, and are in violation of the Ft. Laramie Treaty of 1851. This is an urgent call for the United States to:
1) Immediately halt the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
2) Immediate stop the militarized police forces who are over 300 police officers in riot gear, 8 ATVs, 5 armored vehicles, 2 helicopters, and numerous military-grade humvees, who are violentely attacking peaceful protesters with guns, batons, pepper spray and dogs.
3) Begin legal action against North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple, Energy Transfer LLC, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
