Dear Mr President, Many states require first time hunters to pass a safety class in order to get their permit. This is not so with permits to carry a concealed gun. This makes no sense, since the concealed carrier is more likely to use his gun around people then a hunter. Also as the Commander and chief of our military you are well aware a well regulated militia(one of the 2nd amendment intentions) isn't just given arms, they are trained on those arms. This petiition's intention is to have this lack in education/training addressed at the federal level.
