My husband's visa approval has been delayed due to Administrative Processing. His interview took place at the US Embassy in Mumbai, India on March 22, 2012. After the interview, my husband was told that his case has been put under "Adminsitrative Processing." It has been 10 months now since the case has been under "Administrative Processing" and we have not received any update regarding the status of the case or what the issue is that is causing this delay. I have tried reaching out to several government officials, but all of my efforts have gone in vain. No one has provided any information as to when my husbands visa will be granted. As a US born Citizen, I need your support in putting an end to this!! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the immigration system.
