I am abbandoned US Army wife without rights as I am Italian and no american citizen

Hello.I am Italian citizem married in Italy an US Army colonel Steven John Campfield when he has his army duties in Kosovo in 2011 ,2012 yy.When he married me at 1.03.2012 he at once abbandoned me in Italy.Before marriagge he said that he was going to be retired in June 2012 and we will go together in his house in USA California,I left my job in Italy as he before marriagge supported me economicly and affered me to do that as we were going anyway to leave Italy.But in the June he came back in his home without me,stayed there 4 mounth .I new from Internet reserching that he is in Afghanistan now.My problem is that he never gives me any support wherever i asked him many time about that through emailHe Always lies and only answered that he cannot.How so,when he asked me to marry was different
