I am a Acupuncture patient and I am asking For NF Regulation 83 to be addressed. It has been stale since the merger of state departments. Licensed Acupuncturists are entitled to the higher reimbursement as the specialists in this industry. Please advance this regulation. Thank you for your attention to adress this matter.
