I am asking a sanctuary of protection from the all the area around the Congaree National Monument from big development

The rural area of Lower Richland needs protection from big business and major development. The county council voted to build a sewer system something that is not needed for the area. The residents of Lower Richland don't want this it will drive up their property taxes. The existing waste water facilities can be repaired at a cheaper cost. The county wants to force residents of septic tank systems which they claim are failing at an alarming rate. Not true check out Lower Richland residents against sewer plant video on YouTube. The county said our septic tanks are bad for the environment causing damage not so. The twenty miles or so of the creeks and tributaries needs proctection from major development from Richland county and the City of Columbia S.C. This area and residents needs safety
