I am both a past military and law enforcement personnel. I have always believed in our right to bear arms.

I am a previous military and law enforcement personnel. I believe in our right to bear arms but we must eliminate the ability to obtain semi and fully automatic weapons. Should there be a need to defend our contry against an all out assault there a numerous armories to supply trained qualified persons with the necessary weapons to defend our territories. With the increase in popularity of violent video games and movies far to many people fail to understand that using a real weapon results in life threaterning injuries and death. There are far to many internal terrorists, gang members, with easy accessd to weapons to create "turf wars' which result in innocent victims. Finallly responsible parties distributing weapons must be held accountable.
